Zoe Hawkins
Zoe Hawkins is a Lutruwita/Tasmanian-born, Naarm/Melbourne-based actor, theatre and filmmaker. She began her acting training at Cooper Screen Academy in Hobart, where she worked across a range of film and television projects, before relocating to Melbourne.
In 2019, Zoe co-founded Three Fates Theatre, where she has since performed in the company’s critically acclaimed productions Independence, Land, Analog, and STOP/OVER, while also contributing to the development of original texts Land and Analog through the Three Fates original workshop process.
As Artistic Director, Zoe is dedicated to crafting bold, narrative-driven stories that centre women, nurture emerging artists, and amplify new voices in both Australian and international theatre. Her vision for Three Fates is to continue pushing the boundaries of independent performance, championing work that is intelligent, visceral, and emotionally resonant.
Zoe is also the co-founder of Sibylline Films, a screen production company focused on original, female-led, genre storytelling. Its debut short film, It Comes In Waves—which Zoe produced and starred in—was released in 2025.
